All the rooms are in the main body of the building. Each room is different and has a different name given by the view you can have from each window. It could be difficult to describe it but each room is different in form and dimension but all of them have the furniture of our grand’s that create a very warmth and cozy atmosphere.

Each room has private bathroom with shower.

On the ground floor we have also a little apartment called Oliveta completely prepared to host disabled.

Cerreti: first floor room for 3/4 people, with loft conversion and wooden ceiling, composed by king size bed and a queen size bed and a single bed on the loft. The name of the room comes from the “the Cerreti wood” where the room has the view.

San Romolo: This is a double room with king size bed with loft overlooking the Church of San Romolo.

Calcinaia: this room is at the first floor for two people with loft as well. On the loft there is a small sitting room. The room looks towards Calcinaia, the little hamlet whose it takes his name from.

Cupoli: This room is at the first floor for two people. The name is Poggio Cupoli.

Granaio: Room at first floor suitable for 2/3 people composed by room plus sitting room with wooden ceiling. The name comes from the granary, the original setting.

Paretaio: Room for two with a four poster-bed and wooden ceiling. This room is called Paretaio like the hill in front of it and it could become communicating with the Cupoli room.

Oliveta: This room is at ground floor suitable for two people with wooden ceiling and bathroom equipped for disabled. The name comes from the olive grove in front of it.

Santa Lucia: This large room is suitable for 4/5 people and it is composed by a large king size bed plus a queen size bed, then in the other room there is a single bed and close to it the entrance of the bathroom with bath tub. The room’s furniture is all from antique heritage and the wardrobe is made with cypress wood.

Wood ceiling and cotto floor completed the nice atmosphere of this room. The name comes from the convent of Santa Lucia which can be seen from the room’s window.

Appartamento Fornace: Together with the room of the agriturismo we can offer also an independent apartment composed by a fire place, a bedroom for 2/3 people and a bathroom at the first floor, then a little sitting room in the loft.

This apartment has a private terrace and barbecue. The name, Fornace, comes from the origin of the building that is an old furnace for the firing of the lime, the stone that you mine in this area.
